Group Exhibition Entry Form

Hello everyone!

This year I have had the absolute privilege of getting to make art with you and together I think we have grown a beautiful community. To celebrate our journey together I am hosting a group exhibition at the Studio and I need your help!


I am asking anyone who has attended a class or event this year to submit their artwork to be hung in the Studio for the exhibition.


You may submit any artwork you have created within the last 12 months it does not need to be a piece you worked on during the class or event, nor does it need to involve skills/themes that were covered in the class or event.


There is no theme for the exhibition but you should select an artwork that reflects your growth or development as an artist.


I know that sharing my art in an exhibition for the first time was daunting to say the least, and I thought this could be a great opportunity to give you the chance to give exhibiting a go in a safe place. If you're interested, please fill in the form below and we can get started.

Key Dates:

Entries are open as of now!


  • Entries close – 11:59pm Thursday, 7November

  • Artwork drop off date - Thursday, 14 November between 10:00am and 4:00pm (or at an earlier date by prior arrangement)

  • Installation date - Friday, 15 November.

  • Opening celebration - Saturday, 16 November 4:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Exhibition dates - Saturday, 16 November to Saturday 23 November.

  • Artwork collection date - Saturday 23 November between 4-6pm or by arrangement after this date.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Submissions must be the original work of the artist, and must be 2D - able to be hung on the wall. Works on paper must be framed behind glass. All work must be ready to hang, with D rings and a wire fitted to the back, no more than 1/4 of the way down from the top. If you need help with framing - let me know!

  2. Please mark the artwork name and artist details clearly on the back of the work.

  3. There is no maximum or minimum artwork size, however in an effort to ensure as many works can be included as possible, artworks may not be accepted based on size.

  4. Maximum weight: 5kg.

  5. Artworks may or may not be for sale.

  6. Each artist may submit up to 3 artworks.

  7. The Studio will handle any sales with 100% of the sale (less any credit card fees) be paid to the artist via bank transfer at the conclusion of the exhibition.

  8. Delivery of sold works is by arrangement, and suitable options discussed between the organiser, the artist and the purchaser.

Entry Fees

There is a nominal entry fee of $10 per artist for the exhibition. This will be used for artwork labels, drinks and nibbles for the opening night.
